● POSITION:

The DeLuxe PENTHOUSE PANORAMA***** is located in the heart of Dalmatia, in DOLAŠKA DRAGA, the new residential area of the small coastal village of Drage (municipality Pakoštane). It is situated on the second and simultaneously top floor of the last building of a newly built settlement at the end of the Zagrebacka Ulica, a quiet dead end street. Oriented towards the west, it almost gives the impression of living in the solitude of a villa. In fact, on three sides there are no neighbouring apartments. Beach and harbour - in about 150 meters distance - are reachable in a few minute walk, directly from the residential complex, via a stone staircase in the green.

Completed in autumn 2012 the DeLuxe PENTHOUSE PANORAMA***** consists of a THREE-ROOMS-APARTMENT of 80 sqm, which can house up to 4 guests, and an ATTIC of ca. 50 sqm for additional 1/2 people. Furthermore there is the possibility to rent an extra cot for 1 child under three years. In case of requests up to 4 guests max. it is possible to rent ONLY the APARTMENT (without attic). For 5 to 7 persons the property is rented only in its entirety, i.e. APARTMENT WITH ATTIC.

Both the apartment as well as the ATTIC are furnished with great care and elegance, entirely to measure, in very modern style. They are provided with every comfort: air conditioning with 3 split, the first one in the living room, the second one in the sleeping area and the third in the attic; 3 satellite TV in living room, master bedroom and attic; top quality hardwood floors in both bedrooms and attic; first choice Italian tiles on terrace, living room, hallway and two bathrooms; windows with double glazing, mosquito nets and curtains; sliding doors, a little safe (in the attic) paintings, carpets, ornamentsand so on. Internet access is free. All beds have orthopaedic mattresses. Mattress covers, pillows, bedspreads, bedside rugs and bath mats are available everywhere. Bed linens and bath towels can be hired on request. Internet-wifi is available free of charge.

The DeLuxe PENTHOUSE PANORAMA***** offers not only an extremely comfortable accommodation, but also a breathtaking view over the sea and the surrounding islands with unforgettable sunsets and absolute tranquillity.

The building in which is located the DeLuxe PENTHOUSE PANORAMA***** consists of a total of 8 flats.

On the ground floor there is the HOUSE GARAGE, with remote control, and one parking place is available for the guests free of charge.

In front of the building there are furthermore the PARKING PLACES of the settlement which are free in the low season and against municipality fee (3 € per day) during summertime.

The ENTRANCE into the apartment is independent and takes place directly from the PRIVATE STAIR. Already climbing the steps you have a first impression of the beautiful view overlooking the sea and he Mediterranean bush.

The stairs, border a series of terrace-beds planted with flowers and aromatic herbs. Near the last one a barbecue in brick is available for free.

From the door of the small landing, at the top of the stairs, where a shoe cabinet is situated, you enter into the spacious LIVING-ROOM that has, in addition to air conditioning and satellite-TV also a corner fireplace, a sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 pouf seating, 3 coffee tables, cabinet with folding dining table and a large modern kitchen area.

The open KITCHEN is fully equipped with base and wall units, black granite worktop, built-in sink, glass ceramic cooking hob, large fridge with freezer, microwave oven with grill and coffee-machine. The kitchen is naturally well outfitted with crockery, cutlery, cooking pots, utensils etc. In one of the cabinets is hidden the washing machine.

The sliding glass door of the living room leads to the wide covered terrace, which is provided with an oval extendable table, 6 chairs, 1 lounge chair, trolley, broom closet and awnings.

The terrace offers a spectacular 180° PANORAMIC view over the sea and islands in front: the archipelago from Murter on the left side, the islands of Vrgada, Mali and Velika Arta just opposite, the island of Pašman on the right side and in the background the unique islands of the National Park Kornati.

At sunset the scene changes colour: there is in truth a wonderful show of nature in which sky and water are coloured in a thousand shades of red.

On the other side of the living room there is the NIGHT AREA, which consists of a hallway, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The air conditioning of the sleeping area is located in the HALLWAY, which is equipped with coat hooks and wall mirror.

The MASTER BEDROOM, in white and silver-tone shades, is furnished with a king size double bed (180 x 200), 2 bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors .

The SECOND BEDROOM, in various shades of orange, has 2 twin beds(80 x 190), a big bridge-wardrobe, a sliding writing desk and a bookcase / night table.

The bedroom can be disposed in three different ways:

- as single room: one bed has folding legs and can therefore be closed under the second one in order to leave more space in the room;

- as twin room: the two single beds can be put separately against the walls with the passage in the middle;

- as double room: since the beds have the same height, they can be eventually combined together into a double bed.

From both rooms you can enjoy a beautiful view on the Mediterranean bush and the sea.

The BATHROOM of the apartment has a window and all sanitary facilities including washbasin, toilet, rectangular shower with crystal shower-cabin, built-in cabinets with large mirror, hairdryer, laundry basket and bath mats. The floor is red tiled, the walls white with red decor. Even the furniture is white with red handles and frames.

An INSIDE WOODSTAIR leads from the living room in the ATTIC, which is lower than the apartment, but very romantic indeed. It consists of a large room and a bathroom with a variable height between 2.10 meters in the midpoint and around 1 meter in the lowest part.

The attic, an “OPEN SPACE”, in white-beige-brown shades, is divided into FIVE AREAS:

- the first and largest one, is the sleeping area with air conditioning, satellite TV, library, two twin beds (80 x 190), that can be combined very easily into a double bed, and window with view over the sea and the bush;

- the second zone is equipped with cabinets and a desk;

- the third is a relaxation area with a small sofa and cushions;

- the fourth and lowest part, is furnished with closets for the estate’s linens. Here there is also a small safe for free;

- the fifth zone is a deposit for suitcases.

Also the window of the attic offers a beautiful view on the sea and the Mediterranean shrub.

The BATHROOM of the attic, about 2 metres in the highest point and 1,50 metres in the lowest, is tiled and equipped in the same white-beige-brown shades as the whole “open space”. In addition to the velux-window on the ceiling it is outfitted with complete sanitary facilities including washbasin, toilet, bidet and rectangular walk-in shower with crystal shower-cabin, a large mirror covering the built-in closet, more capacious linen cabinets and bathmats.
