● SOJOURN:
- MINIMUM STAY: 5 days;
- ARRIVAL: 4 p.m.;
- DEPARTURE: until 11 a.m.
● LONG STAY:
- 10% discount for minimum stay of 4 weeks;
- 15% discount for minimum stay of 6 weeks;
- 20% discount for minimum stay of 8 weeks.
● terms of payment:
- EARNEST PAYMENT: 30% on booking by bank transfer or PayPal;
- FINAL PAYMENT: 70% for cash on arrival on site;
- required DEPOSIT: in the amount of € 200.00 for cash on arrival N.B. will be refunded at the end of your stay if there are no damages.
● INFORMATION on Rental prices:
- PRICES INCLUDE: water, electricity, use of all appliances, air conditioning, fireplace, barbecue;
- INTERNET-WIFI: available for FREE;
- INDOOR PARKING: 1 parking place in the house garage with remote control for FREE;
- PETS: small and well educated pets are welcome prior agreement for FREE;
- OBLIGATORY FINAL CLEANING: € 50.00 in case of rental of the apartment without attic; € 70.00 for the entire property (apartment with attic) for cash on arrival on site.
● OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL SERVICES ON EXTRA CHARGE:
- BED LINENS and BATH TOWELS (set of 3 towels: shower, face, bidet): on request for the additional price of € 15.00 per person per week;
- BEACH TOWELS : on request at the cost € 2.00 each;
- OUTDOOR PARKING: extra parking places can be booked on request on the parking area in front of the building (€ 5.00 per day - municipal rate);
-INDOOR PARKING: extra parking places in the garage on request € 7.00 per day - municipal rate);
- MOORINGS: for boats up to 8/9 meters length can be booked in the small port of Dolaška Draga for € 15.00 per day.
