ACCESS OPTIONS

To reach DALMATIA and DRAGE you can use different MEANS OF TRANSPORT:

BY CAR

In the last ten years, Croatia has made great progress in building a highway net. Almost inexistent before 2000, it is now completed in all major directions and travel times have been halved. The highways – “AUTOCESTE” in Croatian - are toll roads and the speed limit is mostly 130 km/h.

The A1, the Dalmatian highway, that runs parallel to the coast, connects all the major coastal centres. Coming from Rijeka, you can also decide to drive along the coastal road (E65), that is shorter and much more scenic than the highway, but quite tortuous. Therefore one needs a longer travel time.

BY FERRY

The nearest ports are those of to Zadar located about 35 km from Drage and Split approx. 120 km. The only shipping line that connects Italy to Zadar is the “Jadrolinija”. In Split, in addition to the Jadrolinija, dock also the ferries of the “Blue Lines” and the “SNAV”.

BY PLANE

The closest airports are those of Zadar about 35 km and Split approx. 100 km from Drage.

In both airports land scheduled as well as charter flights.

BY BUS

All of Croatia is connected by a dense network of bus lines. Most buses are modern and air conditioned. There are even direct trips from various European countries to Biograd or Zadar. The bus stop of Drage is about 800 metres from the DeLuxe PENTHOUSE PANORAMA***** away.

After approx. 5 km you’ll reach Drage. Continue along the “Jadranska Magistrala” until the end of the village. At the yellow sign indicating DOLAŠKA DRAGA turn right. The road goes slightly downhill. You arrive at a crossing. Continue downhill along the Zdeslva Turica and, after ca. 70 meters from the intersection, turn left in the Zagrebacka Ulica.
